Parish Council elections were last held in May 2022, as part of the change to the new North Yorkshire Council. The term, this time round, is for 5 years, rather than the usual 4 year term. The next elections will be in May 2027.
Finally there has been an approach for the vacancy, and Cllr Charlie Fox has been co-opted to the Council for the remaining term of the Council, i.e. to May 2027 when, as set out above there will be elections across all North Yorkshire and for each Parish Council.
